Terms & Conditions

1. Price:

Net Prices: Prices are stated in US dollars.
Additional Taxes: Applicable taxes, such as VAT or IVA, will be added at the time of invoicing.

2. Installation:

Optional Installation Costs: Include engineering, installation accessories, labor, and testing (e.g., isolation, operating temperatures, voltage drop).
Turnkey Project: The quoted price for supply and installation reflects a full turnkey solution. Any changes in routes or capacities will result in proportional price adjustments.

Manufacturing & Installation Defects: A warranty of 24 months from delivery or 18 months from energization, whichever comes first.

Advance Payment: 50% advance upon order confirmation.
Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon dispatch to the site. No dispatch will occur until full payment is received.

Excluded Items: Breakers, cable connections upstream or downstream of the busbar, unless explicitly listed and priced in the offer.

Commercial Terms

1. Discounts:

Pre-approved discounts are available for distributors and commercial partners. Contact management for more information.

2. Additional Communication:

3. Technical Assistance:

Technical support requests can be made through web@blindobarras.com or your designated distributor/integrator.

4. Technical Alternatives:

Custom solutions for non-standard systems (e.g., 1 kV, 5 kV, 15 kV, 25 kV, DC voltage) are available upon request. Contact web@blindobarras.com for details.

5. Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for establishing the technical and engineering parameters that may influence the final quotation.

6. Liability Limitation:

Our liability is limited to the manufacturing and supply of products as outlined in the purchase order or confirmed documentation. Electridistro is not responsible for engineering or installation unless explicitly stated in the contract or purchase order.

7. Engineering Services:

Engineering services can be contracted separately. Unless explicitly included in the offer, all products are considered ex-factory.

8. Specification Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for defining product capacities, lengths, and dimensions. Any errors in specifications or dimensions are the client's responsibility. A written Bill of Materials (BOM) approval is required prior to production.

9. Installation Contract:

For installation services, a specific contract defining the scope of work is required. In the event of dimensional errors, Electridistro will not bear the cost of correction.

10. Transportation:

Transportation of goods is the client's responsibility unless included in the accepted commercial offer and purchase order.

A 10% cancellation fee applies if an order is canceled before production starts.
Warranty is valid for 18 months from delivery or one year after arrival at the site, whichever is earlier.
